[suggestion] Create New Thread Global

I'm posting this here because I can't post anymore on Other [WMTech] Add-Ons | WebMachine Technologies - Quality XenForo Add-Ons and Plugins and I don't know why.

Well there is a bug in Create New Thread Global 1.0.6, when viewing the list of nodes in the Node Selection Menu Form subforums aren't being presented wih the proper tabbing.

Currently it looks like this (bad):

Main Category

Forum A
Subforum A1
Subforum A2
Forum B
Subforum B1
Subforum B2​

It should be displayed like this (good):

Main Category

Forum A

Subforum A1
Subforum A2​

Forum B

Subforum B1
Subforum B2​

We do not consider this as a bug but as an UI improvement suggestion. We'll consider implementing it, because it seems like a good idea!

Sorry, but there are no updates planned for this add-on until 2016.
This add-on will also go Premium 2016 and no longer be free.

Should be possible. We'll add this to the list of suggestions.

If this add-on is to go premium - I would suggest another premium feature be added: for GUI continuity/consistency - make an option for the button to show on ALL Xenforo pages.
