Error On Re-install Of Create New Thread Global

Okay. Finally my account was approved. Thanks.
I've installed the add-on and had to remove it. On trying to install again - I see the error:

Error
Template modifications keys must be unique. The specified key is already in use.

How can I rid the error and reinstall please?

Nevermind. Got it sorted. It's a great little modification. I augmented it slightly so that I could get it to show on all pages:


Really nice add-on. Thanks for the share.
I'll be looking forward to the premium version and hopefully a bit of an enhanced featureset.
